I was over 50. Starting over. And I couldn't find a single space that was honest about how hard that is — or how possible it still is.

So I built one.

Rebuilding didn't look the way I expected. It wasn't linear. It wasn't pretty. But it was mine.

I learned to slow down. To stop performing strength and start practicing it. To choose — deliberately, daily — peace over survival mode.
